Project Proposal Abstract
On August 20 2007^th Congress passed a law mandating that Medicare will no longer reimburse Medical Facility for patient with Infection due to hospital environment, Fracture due to patient falling out of bed, and Surgical Procedures done on wrong body part. In light of the new law, Medical facilities are now forced to change the way they practice medicine in order to reduce the risk of these events happening. Without immediate change Medical Facilities around the country stand to loose millions in absorbing these costs which was once Medicare.
